We are proud to deliver The Pursuit of Excellence program

A kaupapa Māori values-based, educational and hands-on training initiative that supports tāngata to stand confidently in their identity, realise their potential, and step into purposeful futures as emerging leaders through innovation, creative expression, and skill-building.

At the heart of this program is Tino Rangatiratanga - self determination, guided by five key principles that uphold the mana of our tauira:

  • Tikanga – Understanding and upholding Māori customs and protocols

  • Mātauranga – Honouring and applying Māori knowledge

  • Whanaungatanga – Strengthening relationships and building a sense of belonging

  • Manaakitanga – Practising care, compassion, and support for others

  • Kaitiakitanga – Nurturing the role of guardianship and responsibility to people and te taiao
